Dotnetspider.com is happy to announce MVM Awards which goes to the following members. This award is valid for the period of one year from 1st April, 2009 to 31st March, 2010.Most of the members have contributed in the area of ASP.NET except Vijaya Kadiyala who has contributed mostly in SQL Server.

Vijaya Krishna Kadiyala is a senior Diamond member who is also an MVP awardee and got the award in the year 2008 (1st October, 2008). Vijaya Krishna has been very actively participating in the forums of DNS and answering the queries of the members in a precise and correct manner. He joined DNS on 21st August, 2004. He got a number of awards from DotNetSpider including Annual Super Gift for the year 2008. He has extensively worked on VB.NET, ASP.NET with SQL Server and he focussed mainly on database with rich experience in .NET technologies and within a short time he became a Lead Database Architect in TCS ( Tata Consultancy Services).

Vijaya Krishna is a very active member in DNS and has given so many suggestions to Tony for improving the content and quality of our website. All of them were implemented ex: Point System, Monthly winners and policy to reduce spam etc. He has referred so many people to DNS from the date of his joining. He has highlighted about DotNetSpider in the recent MVP summit - 2009 and he has shared his experiences at the MVP summit - 2009. He is also a mentor for more than 14 people at DNS. There are so many things to say about him, you can refer his profile page for more details. He also encouraged our members to give proper answers and on asking proper questions. He has suggested us to conduct interviews to the winners and publish them. He also prepared a questionnaire which can be used to conduct interviews with the winners. He has made lot of suggestions to improve our website.
